Episode 1 - I'm a Mudkip!?

Immediately upon entering, I saw these yellow coin like things on the ground, with a P on it. I collected all 26 coins before heading north. Upon heading straight, a Pidgey got into a fight with me at an intersection! I used Tackle on it! A Wurmple who was hiding behind them immediately steppd up to the plate to try to attack me, but it couldn't get a chance as my tackle hit true, instantly fainting it.

I eventually found the exit, but I didn't feel like leaving yet since there was so much to explore in the dungeon, so I turned back and went west at the intersection. This led me to a room that had 22 of those coin things in it. Going east, I came back to the very first room of the dungeon, meaning I had found everything there was. But before I could leave, two Pidgey attacked me! They were no match, defeated by two swift tackles that rang true. Interestingly, one of the pidgeys was carrying 34 of these coin things.

The next floor immediately put me into a room with a Pidgey, who was no match for me and my partner using our basic attacks simultaneously. These were the Pokemon that Butterfree had issues with? I'm not having any problems at all! I decided to head west, in hopes of finding an item. However, instead of finding an item, I came to a totally empty room. What a dissapointment!

With not very many other options, I went south, in hopes I'd find something. And find something I did, I found 3 items in a single room! They were all coin things, but still. Two stacks of 26 coins and a pile of 38 coins.

Going east, I found the end of the dungeon, like I expected, but there was another way east. I was confused by this, since there didn't seem like there was any other rooms. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a trap, since a Sunkern, Pidgey and Wurmple attacked me in the dead end corridor! Thankfully, they were all very easy to beat, a tackle here, another tackle there, a couple of it seemed like tackles were the solution to every stuation! And Felia grew to level 6, seemingly extremely excited by this. After the Wurmple was defeated, I managed to figure out some of my water powers, and grew a level! I was ECSTATIC!

Going north to quickly finish my map, I encountered one last pidgey which I tackled once to defeat. On my way back, a Sunkern attacked, although they were nothing against the singular tackle.

This staircase immediately put me face to face with two Sunkern, AND the exit! However, I didn't want to leave without developing my map, so I took these Sunkern head on and came out victorious in only two tackles. The first one I took out tried to hit me, but completely missed.

I moved over to pick up the blue berry laying on the ground before a Pidgey entered the room. I decided I wanted to fight so I moved over to the Pidgey so that I could clear the way northward. The Pidgey attempted to hit me but it missed entirely, leaving it wide open for an attack. However, thanks to a wrong button inpu-I mean me going easy on it, I decided not to use a tackle. It landed a tackle on me and took 3 health points away for my blunder. Deciding not to do that again, I hit the Pidgey with the proper tackle this time. Unfortunately, after a short corridor, it was revealed that north was not the way to go, and I must go south, since the room had absolutely nothing in it. The south, however, was also a disappointing dead end, so we turned back around and pretended not to have wasted our time with that.

On the way back, a Sunkern attacked me! It used Absorb, which hurt a lot despite deducting only two health points, but I simply tackled it and said goodbye. Felia gained another level from this, so atleast this floor wasn't a complete waste of effort. Yet another Pokemon attacked, a Pidgey who landed a Tackle right on the mark. It only did 2 damage, and was very easily defeated by my own tackle. Right before I descended, one more Pokemon came to attack me. An Execcute! Now this was something I was willing to challenge. I turned around on the stairs and used Tackle! It instantly fainted, but gave us a nice cool 45 experience points for the attack.

And that is how Hikara and Felia began their careers together, as a rescue team.
